StudentOla Pty Ltd operates a platform that lists verified student accommodation and graduate/part-time job opportunities across Australia. StudentOla is a listings and matching platform — we are not a landlord, letting agent, or employer. Accommodation is provided by independent housing providers, and jobs are listed by independent employers; StudentOla facilitates the connection between students and these third parties.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for current or prospective students at recognised Australian institutions, and for graduates seeking entry-level or graduate-track roles. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the platform in your jurisdiction.

3. Accommodation Listings

• We take reasonable steps to verify listings (photos, pricing, and provider details) before they go live, but availability, final pricing, and lease terms are set and confirmed by the accommodation provider, not StudentOla
• Bookings, deposits, and lease agreements are made directly between you and the provider; StudentOla is not a party to that agreement
• We recommend reviewing a provider's own terms, cancellation policy, and lease conditions carefully before booking

4. Job & Graduate Role Listings

• StudentOla is not the employer for any role listed on the platform. Applications are submitted to and assessed by the listing employer
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes for any listing
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility and work-rights requirements stated in a job listing before applying

6. Fees

Browsing listings and applying to jobs through StudentOla is free for students. Where an accommodation provider charges a booking or service fee, this will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false or misleading information; use the platform to harass providers, employers, or other users; scrape or republish listings without permission; or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All StudentOla branding, site design, and original content are the property of StudentOla Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective provider or employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

StudentOla provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date. To the extent permitted by law, StudentOla is not liable for losses arising from bookings, leases, or employment arrangements made with third-party providers or employers, including inaccuracies in listings provided by those third parties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including posting fraudulent listings or misusing the platform.
